POM converter misbehavior Empty POM converter misbehavior

I had downloaded the POM converter and used the MP3's as great tools to practice original leads as long as i had a good steady beat and rhythm. I had downloaded Audacity and its LAME encoder and that's when I noticed that if I had converted any songs with the POM converter, they never finished, and in turn it stopped making MP3 songs. I have tried to go back to the site to download the zip folder to get it all over again and set it up, but the punk-o-matic.net site had recently been taken down. Will the POM converter ever be re-released? It was a great tool.
